In 2026, the Suzuki Association of Colorado is proud to offer two scholarships total of up to $500 each to assist with the cost of attending a Suzuki Institute or Suzuki authorized classes.
SAC board members will award the scholarships based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to financial need, length of study under the Suzuki method, intent to help further the growth and development of the Suzuki Association of Colorado in future years.
New Rules as of 2023: Board members and their family members are not allowed to be awarded scholarships.The board does not have to award scholarships every year. Scholarship funds may be held over for future years. Suzuki teachers who are residents in Wyoming are welcome to apply. A family may apply for a scholarship no more than once every three years, however, families with more than one Suzuki student may receive more than one scholarship during the same year. Suzuki students who reside in Wyoming are welcome to apply. These rules have been established to avoid any conflict of interest issues and to encourage as many different individuals and families as possible to apply.
Suzuki Teachers

Applicants must be current SAC members and must include a persuasive letter of intent, expressing their wish to continue instrument/ music studies under the Suzuki method and willingness to volunteer at SAC events. Decisions will be made on a rolling basis.

Applications will be accepted beginning January 1, 2026. Decisions will be made by March 15, 2026. One application per student please.
